CAF-TO-GO mobile ordering service
Are you spending time at CHEO? Caregivers, visitors and staff can now place an online order for the Rainbow Cafeteria, skip the line, and pick up their pre-paid items in the cafeteria.
CHEO food services is pleased to introduce its new CAF-TO-GO mobile ordering service. Enjoy your favourite CHEO meals by taking advantage of this easy, time-saving option — all while observing safe social distancing.
The service is available weekdays during lunch.
How do I place an order?
Step 1 — plan ahead!
- Customers must place their orders a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their chosen pick up time. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will be automatically refunded.
- Lunch is available to pick-up at 11:15 am, 12 pm, 1 pm and *2 pm, Monday to Friday.
- *2 pm pick ups must be placed no later than 1:30 pm
Step 2 — Place your order
- Make your way to the ordering platform (click by clicking on the yellow order button below), browse the menu and place your order.
- Pay using a credit card.
Step 3 — pick up your order
- Look for a confirmation email in your in-box.
- Make your way to the Rainbow Cafeteria at your scheduled pick up time.
- Skip the line and head straight to the pickup counter (look for the sign). Your order will be labeled with your name and waiting for you at the cash.
- Double check and make sure you pick up the correct order!
- Enjoy your meal.
