Cost
There is no cost for use of lab and equipment if simulations are occurring at CHEO for CHEO staff or physicians. Mannequins used off-site by CHEO staff or physicians will require a $500 damage deposit

| Task trainers |
$150 a day $50 fee for Simulation Educator for each booking, for basic set-up and instruction. |
Schedule a sim
To schedule a sim, email our SIM team. In your email please include the following information:
- The number of anticipated people participating in sim
- Preferred start and end time (including 15-30 min for set up)
- Mannequin preference: High fidelity, medium fidelity, low fidelity, child vs baby
- Whether you are sim trained (mannequin trained, debrief trained)
- If you need debrief help
